National athlete Haralds Silovs will represent Latvia in the ISU Worl Single Distance Speed Skating Championships 2019, which will take in Inzell (GER) from February 07.-10. Haralds Silovs will participate in the 1500 m race and Mass Start discipline. Both distances are scheduled in one competition day.
